Peshawar , October 23,2023: (China Window News) Commissioner Peshawar Division Muhammad Zubair Khan has said that Pakistan-China friendship is undoubtedly deeper than the sea and higher than the Himalayas. The role of China Window, the Chinese cultural center for people to people contact is of utmost importance.
He expressed these views on the occasion of his visit to China Window. Deputy Commissioner Peshawar Afaq Wazir and assistant commissioner Hashim Rao also accompanied him. Commissioner Peshawar visited different galleries of China Window and signed the friendship wall, He also recorded his comments in the guests book. Talking to the media, Commissioner Peshawar Muhammad Zubair Khan said that the friendship between China and Pakistan is eternal and time tested. China is also playing an important role in the economic development of Pakistan and especially after the establishment of Rashkai Economic Zone, economic activities will be accelerated across the province including Peshawar. He said that Peshawar and Urumqi were declared as sister cities in 1985 and the establishment of China Window in Peshawar will also develop relations between these two cities.
Commissioner Muhammad Zubair Khan described the establishment of the China Window as very important for the citizens of Peshawar and said that the large number of people visiting the China Window reflects the fact that the people of Peshawar and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are also have a deep love with the people of China. Commissioner Peshawar and Deputy Commissioner also gave several suggestions to make the China Window more attractive. While recording his impressions in the guest book, Commissioner wrote that he was very happy and surprised to visit China Window a state of the art Chinese cultural center has been established in Peshawar and is very popular among the people.
