Islamabad (China Window News)The Chinese Embassy hold the awarding ceremony for outstanding Pakistani staff of CPEC projects on 29th December, 2021. During the ceremony, the representatives of the Pakistani staff from three projects(Arsalan Khan of Karot Hydropower Project, Fazal Rahim of Port Qasim power plant, Thakot Yousuf Karim of KKH Phrase-II Havelian-Thakot) delivered their speeches on the scene. H.E. Khalid Mansoor, H.E Asad Umar, Ambassador Nong Rong, H.E. Ying Xiong, Mr. Yang Jianduo(Chairman of All Pakistan Chinese Enterprises’s Association) gave their addresses respectively. This is worth mentioning that CPEC is a pilot project of the Belt and Road Initiative and a demonstration project of China-Pakistan cooperation. In this year, which marks the 70th anniversary of China Pakistan diplomatic relations, the CPEC projects have achieved major progress despite the challenge of Covid-19 pandemic.
