Peshawar April 23,2022 (China Window News) A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between China Window, a center of Pak-China friendship in the provincial capital Peshawar, and Harbin Engineering University of China, after which the two institutions will cooperate in various fields besides Student Exchange Program. The agreement was signed by Dean of the University Zhang Qingbin and Naz Parveen, director of China Window. Under the agreement, the two institutions will exchange students, faculty, researchers and administrative staff. Both the institutes will also promote extra-curricular activities. On the occasion, Harbin University Dean Zhang Qingbin termed the agreement as a milestone between Peshawar and China and said said that not only affordable education opportunities will be available but also university scholarships will be given. He further said that both the institutions will play positive role to strengthen exemplary friendship between the two brotherly Countries.
