Photo Exhibition on China’s Victory over Japanese Aggression Begins Tomorrow at Peshawar

Peshawar: September 18, 2025: A three-day photo exhibition marking the 80th anniversary of China’s victory over Japanese aggression will begin tomorrow (Friday, September 19) at the Chinese Cultural Center, China Window, in Peshawar.

The exhibition will be formally inaugurated by Commissioner Peshawar Riaz Khan Mehsud. Through rare and historic photographs, the exhibition aims to highlight the brutal aggression carried out by Japan against China and the heroic struggle of the Chinese people that ultimately led to victory in 1945. Organized in collaboration with the Chinese Embassy, the exhibition seeks to educate visitors about this important chapter of history, reminding them of the sacrifices and resilience of the Chinese nation during the Second World War.

Besides Peshawar, the exhibition will also be held in Islamabad and other major cities of Pakistan.
