These views were expressed by the Chief Executive Officer of Garden City Builders and Developers, Ehsan Ul Haq, on the occasion of his visit to China Window. Ehsan Ul Haq visited various galleries of the Chinese Cultural Center and signed the friendship wall.
He said that while Chinese investors are investing in various sectors, the real estate sector is also important and Chinese investors need to invest more in this sector. Ehsan-Ul-Haq said that CPEC is a plan for the economic development of Pakistan and the well-being of the people. Ihsan-Ul-Haq said that a memorandum of understanding will also be signed between Garden City and China Window so that both institutions can provide services for investors. He said that Pakistan-China friendship requires that all possible security should be provided to Chinese investors and the protection of their lives and property should be ensured so that the investment will not only provide employment to the people but also economic and social development. Economic activities will also improve.
