Mr. Manzoor Ahmad is known for being one of the best civil officers serving the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and wherein and against which ever office he has been, he had always contributed best of his abilities and services to serving the respective institutions and the people. Very recently he has taken over the office of the Secretary, Social Welfare Department of the provincial government and rendering his services in a hectic way. Mr. Manzoor Ahmad also visited the China Window. While going through various galleries of the cultural centre, he said, “I feel really impressed of the quality and standard of the institution”. He also inked his remarks in the Visitor’s Book.
While appreciating the services of Mr. Amjad Aziz Malik he said, “he indeed has developed an institution of worth seeing and I congratulate him on the achievement which truly depicts the true reflection of the spirit of Pak China Friendship”. Beyond doubt, he added, Mr. Malik has set another example of judging the immortal state of Pak China Friendship. Mr. Manzoor Ahmad further put it into black and white that the visitors of China Window always be updated – how a country got freedom after us has achieved such an un-precedent progress and development?. The creation of China Window is indeed an appreciable development, he said
