Peshawar, April 28,2025: (China Window News) : KP Ombudsperson for harassment against women Rakhshanda Naz said that there is no doubt that the friendship between Pakistan and China is cited as an example around the world, and the main reason for this is that both countries have always stood by each other during difficult times and shared in each other’s efforts. She was expressing these views during her visit to the Chinese cultural center, China Window, in Peshawar.
Rakhshanda Naz, who is also known as the “Iron Lady of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa” for her unforgettable services in the field of women’s rights, toured various galleries of China Window and signed the Friendship Wall. She said it feels as if a “Little China” has been established in Peshawar, where people can learn about the culture, economic development, geography, and different sectors of life of the brotherly neighboring country.
Rakhshanda Naz stated that China Window is playing a very important role in strengthening people-to-people connections from Peshawar and that further efforts are needed to expand its activities.
She also addressed the students learning Chinese for free at China Window, emphasizing not only the importance of learning the Chinese language but also the need for them to play their role in strengthening Pakistan-China friendship.
On this occasion, the Director of China Window, Naz Parveen, presented her with a commemorative shield.
